We are ready for Halloween!!

Nick, the girls and I carved our pumpkins on Sunday night. The girls loves cleaning out the goop and separating the seeds for me to roast in the oven. They are getting good at cutting their own pumpkins with the carving tools! Danica needed extra help since her pumpkin was a little green on the inside and hard to cut. The inflatables are up and we have candles to illuminate our jack-o-lanters! We're ready for tomorrow night!

2012 school pictures

We got the girls' school pictures back this week. They turned out pretty cute and they sure are growing up fast!

Daycia is 9

Last night Daycia had her birthday party. We took her and four friends and Dani and one friend swimming to the Greeley Family Funplex. After two hours of fun, we came home for a sleepover.  While pizza was cooking the girls played wii Just Dance 4. We ate, opened presents, ate oreo cupcakes (made by Daycia and Nick) and then settled down to watch Madagascar 3. The girls stayed up until about 1am and had a great time. This is the last year of Daycia being single digits! I can't believe she's 9!

Nick's cousin Joe got married a few weeks ago. Here is the one and only picture we took at the wedding. Nice to have one of Nick and I since there aren't all that many.
