Pumpkin Patch

My parents and I took the girls to Osbourne Farm Pumpkin Patch a few weeks ago. The girlas had a great time searching for the perfect pumpkins, going on a hayride and swining on the tree swing. It was a georgous Colorado fall day!

My Dancing Queens

Here's some pictures of the girls one afternoon just dancing away to the music:)

Danica's First Day

Danica started preschool again yesterday. She is in the Pre-K class and will go three days a week for 2 and a half hours. She is super excited to learn lots of new things, listen to stories, start to write, and do fun art projects. Best of all her great friend Annie is in her class and Nick will get to carpool again this year. It'll be a great last year before full-time school in Kindergarden next year.

Lots of Stuff

We've done a lot in the last month and I haven't been able to get the blog updated, so here's the happenings. School starts for Daycia on Wednesday and I started back to work this Thursday so I took the kids bowling. It was fun to see them do well.

Danica smashed her finger between the car door and the wall in the garage last week. We took her to urgent care because it was split open at the tip and bleeding. They took an xray and thought it was fractured at the very tip so they put her into a splint (cast as she calls it) for two weeks.

We went on a family picnic to a beautiful park up the Big T canyon. The kids had a great time walking around, playing on the playground and seeing the river.

My cousin Lisa and her four kids have season passes to Eliches and they invited us to a fun day playing on the rides.

Daycia won some free passes to the Butterfly Pavilion from our library's summer reading program. Nick and I took the kids and met our great friend Maia and her kids. It was lots of fun and the kis all held Rosie the trantula.
